Client: Judicial System of CA
Experience with the Civil, Small Claims, Probate, and Mental Health Case Management System (CMS V3) is a plus.

Candidates will be responsible to provide maintenance and support for CMS V3:
•    Design, code, and test changes to the CMS V3
•    Perform analysis to determine root cause and solution for reported defects
•    Act as a subject matter expert on the forms/reports design tools to support court developers in fixing and creating courts’ local forms and reports
•    Assist in converting CMS V3 to other case management systems
Provide technical support to the V3 courts

Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance):    
Must have a minimum 10 years development experience with a working knowledge of:
•    Expertise in managing and developing Crystal Reports via SAP Business Objects.
•    Experience supporting the use of a configurable court case management system
•    Sufficient knowledge of the CMS V3 design to support conversion activities to other case management systems
•    Java and J2EE technologies; EJB, JMS, JSP, Javascript, etc.
•    J2EE based enterprise applications using Oracle/BEA WebLogic
•    MVC architecture – Struts, Spring frameworks
•    Developing design artifacts such as Sequence and Activity diagrams and flow charts
•    PL/SQL and stored procedures
•    Business Object 2008; Designer and Enterprise
•    Quartz API

Must have knowledge of:
•    Middleware interoperability
•    Web Services design
•    Application Architecture

Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:  
•    ADOBE Web Output Pak, Output Designer
•    Security components like SiteMinder, LDAP and Active Director
