INSURANCE

Titanium Cobra Solutions offers a variety of programs for employees to choose from, including dental, vision, group term and supplemental life and accident insurance, short- and long-term disability programs. Some benefits, including the Employee Assistance Program, group term life insurance and long-term disability insurance may be covered by a combination of Company and employee pre-tax contributions.

COMPREHENSIVE LEAVE

Titanium Cobra Solutions employee comprehensive leave provides paid time off for vacation, personal business and augments short-term illness. All employees are entitled ten days of leave, ten federal holidays, and three sick days.

EDUCATION ASSISTANCE

Titanium Cobra Solutions recognizes its employees are vital resources whose talents are critical to the success of the company. We offer a Training Access Plan (TAP), which encourages self- improvement through self-study – accessible through our library of 200+ training courses or through company sponsored training courses (PMP, ITIL, etc.) so that employees can improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to reasonably compete for a variety of jobs within the Titanium Cobra organization.

RETIREMENT PLANS

Titanium Cobra Solutions provides employees easy, convenient and flexible investing opportunities for building savings for retirement. Employees are eligible to make monthly contributions after the completion of a 24-month eligibility process. The 401k makes it easy because saving for retirement through the plan is automatic. You decide how much you want to invest, and the money is deducted from your paycheck and invested directly into your 401k account. Our Employer Matching Contributions each year will match our Employee’s Elective Deferrals on a dollar-for-dollar basis (not to exceed the lesser of 3% of the Employee’s Compensation).
