Ms. Porter has over 20 years of demonstrative experience with contract lifecycle management, contract risk assessment and compliance, strategic business planning, cross function coordination, innovative conflict resolution, and cost and budget control within the Aerospace and Defense industry. She is directly accountable for the contractual and financial performance of all contract instruments within the company.

Mr. Crawford brings over 40 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility; primarily focused on new business development efforts and client task leadership for Navy and other DoD customers. His past roles include serving as a Financial Management/Cost Analyst supporting USN Submarine programs for NAVSEA and SSPO, where he supported the Trident CCS IRR and Antenna PARMS at both NAVSEA and SPAWAR prior to BRAC 96. He supported the SPAWARSYSCOM BRAC transition to San Diego, working directly for SPAWAR 21, and has since supported multiple Major Acquisition Programs across numerous NAVWAR Codes and at both NIWCs
