President/Founder Mr. T. Greenwood, PMP, CSM Our founder is an innovative, self-motivated and entrepreneurial visionary with over twenty-five (25) years of effective leadership, human capital strategy, project management, business development, and RF/IT engineering expertise. He is a result driven and adaptable leader with a magnificent record of achieving agile results and delivering solid solutions for clients on complex business and system integration projects; on time and within budget.Specialties: Project Recovery, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) implementation, Business Wellness Planning, and Human Capital Strategy. He is a highly sought after executive coach and seasoned expert on business process re-engineering, change management, communications and Enterprise RF/IT engineering.He is an active member (and volunteer) with Project Management Institute of San Diego, SCRUM Alliance international, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and National Defense Industry Association (NDIA). He continues this interest by practicing and teaching effective problem solving techniques with technology, organizational constructions and human relationships through public Speaking events, organizational training seminars, executive coaching sessions, and as an adjunct instructor for the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Extension and California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM) Extended Learning.
Director of Human Capital Mrs. K. Achacoso (Mckee) Manages all functions of a full paced, diverse, full- service Human Resources operations. To include but not limited to executing systems, programs and all recruiting and on-boarding process.  She works directly with the President of Titanium Cobra Solutions to lead the Human Resources department. Responsible for policies and procedures, employee development, design databases that increase accountability and efficiency of personnel actions and improved customer service. Developed orientation, and managed the training and performance mentor ship programs for Titanium Cobra Solutions staff. Directly managed departmental personnel and managed cost and performance of the Data Center Consolidation contract.
