Similar to project planning, contract negotiations and eventual formalized agreements set the stage for success, effective communication by outlining product or service expectations (cost, schedule and performance) and providing a method for making changes or an addendum to agreements when necessary. It is our goal to expand our presents, services and products to a multitude of Federal Agencies, Local Government and Commercial Industries – Delivering solutions to their greatest challenges.
As an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract holder, Titanium Cobra Solutions has established an agreement to offer support to all Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
